[TenTec] protecting front ends

I believe Ten-Tec is installing RF chokes across the RF output and AUX
Antenna jacks on production OMNI's.  These are installed [in addition] to
the spark-gaps that were standard in earlier rigs.  I had the chokes added
to my older VI, which was upgraded to Opt-3, while it was back at the
factory for repairs due to damage caused by static build-up on my long wire
while operating during a snow storm this spring.
