[TenTec] Low end TenTec rig - Thought of some more

The only practical way to do this exersise is to make a spreadsheet that
has the cost  for every feature. You then add features until you get to the
price you are willing to accept. TT should be doing this but perhaps they
are not willing to spend the resources to do so, yet.
