[TenTec] Bless that TenTec service (again)

Just wanted to make public kudos for that legendary TenTec service:

Bottom line:  The U.S.P.S. damaged the radio (professionally packed) and
required a "verification of value" letter to start the claims process. 
Scott personally took the time over his lunch hour to write the letter
and fax it to me.
