[TenTec] vfo hook for Corsair 11 with 243 vfo

You don't want to use the 243 vfo with the Corsair I or II
without going into the schematics and figuring out how to
do it right.  It does not hook up straight through, I 
tried that, and no function will work except the straight
vfo as I recall.  The wiring of the connectors for the 243 is
different than for the 263.
