[TenTec] H&W Frequencies?

Hi Y'all,

I know this is off topic, but are there any international Health and Welfare 
nets being run for the earthquake in Turkey?  If so, what are the 
frequencies?  I've got some friends who have family in Turkey that would like 
to determine their status.

Tie-in:  I'll be using my Corsair 1 to monitor!
