Fundamental problem, Carl. There is no chip on the Motorola site with
more than 304 bytes of RAM ..... The nearest device is certainly the
MC68HC705C8ACS. I searched for MC68 and C8CS, and various other combos.
I have just downloaded the entire data book for Mc68 devices ... now to
read through it !!
