[TenTec] Centurion start-up time

Unless your not going to use the Centurion for an extended length of
time, you shouldnt turn off the amp. The wear on the tubes turning them
on and off is far greater than leaving them on. Once I turn mine on for
the evening it is on until I quit or leave for a long time....
