[TenTec] Hercules II idle IC

Ken,

One of my amps is the Hercules II model 420.  It stays on about 95% of
the time.
In checking the Ic meter position, the needle is about 1/8" away from the
0 mark
when in the non-transmit or idle position.

I can move my finger across the plastic front on the meter and cause the
needle
to slightly move no matter what the switch is set to read when in the
idle position.

I never gave any of this a 2nd thought.
