[TenTec] New N4PY version 1.22 for Pegasus

I have just released my latest version of my Pegasus software.
This version fixes up a lot of miscellaneous things including
problems with Ten-Tec RMF memory files versus my RMF memory
files.  I have renamed my memory files to have an RMY extension.

Please read the entire "README.TXT" file for a full explanation.

It is located on the Unofficial Ten-Tec site.  You can find it
by going to the Ten-Tec site and then clicking the "used-demo"
button and then clicking on the archive area.
