[TenTec] RF Gain and SWR

There is nothing wrong. The diodes in most SWR meters are a little
non linear, especially at low levels. At low power the diode in
the reverse or SWR arm of the SWR bridge is operating in a
very nonlinear region and therefore is giving an inaccurate
reading. Don't worry about it.
