[TenTec] RF Gain and SWR

In addition to diode nonlinearity, if it is the internal Ten Tec SWR
meter, I think these are not computing type meters, but are calibrated
to be accurate at the 100W power level. Remember the old SWR meters
that you had to set for full scale in the FWD position to get
an accurate REV reading. Same concept.
