[TenTec] One last chirp

The poor signal from W1AW was most evident on my Omni V. With the IC-706, it
was poor but not as obvious and with a TS-870 it is inbetween. I'm not sure
why it sounded so bad on the Omni. Maybe Paul has some ideas.
