Steve:
Up until they "went commercial" with the Harris gear, they always built
their own.  And, yes, their own gear always keyed wonderfully.  The last HB
gear used a "master freq source" feeding all PA's.  The Harris gear seemed
to have "ripple" or hum modulation on some bands.  I think the 20M may have
had problems...maybe Harris's support had expired?
