[TenTec] PTO contact springs

[Steve Ellington N4LQ]

Does anyone know which rig first recieved the PTO shaft grounding springs
behind the main tuning knob? I'm restoring an Omni C and noticed the hand
capacity problem when touching the dial skirt. I found no springs behind it.
I thought this rig had them but maybe not.
