[TenTec] OMNI-6+ audio gain control

Scratchy tends to come from having DC on the pot. Pots handling audio
tend to not get scratchy as fast if not having DC to show up the noise.

I don't notice such a crowding in my Corsair II. If anything it takes
more cranking up than I'm expecting.
