[TenTec] Omni V Service Manual?

Does Ten-Tec offer service manuals for their radios, specifically my Omni V?

I don't think my radio hears as well as everyone seems to agree that an Omni
V ought be able to. I'm getting curious about getting it tuned up. What
should I expect them to charge for this? (I know, I can call and find out,
but I may not get a chance during hours they're open for a couple days.)
