it is recommanded to ground the amplifier fan (insulated from ground to
eliminate vibration&noise).also use two cap  .001 mf   1kv from each of
the fanwires to ground.
thats due to rf leak over the power cable especailly on 15m.after the
fix no leak trace
noticed at any band.
