[TenTec] Headphone Jack

My Corsair II headphone jack works intermittently. I have disassembled,
cleaned (Rubbed contact points with pencil eraser), folded, spindled, and am
close to mutilation. Headsets make no difference, there is only one moving
part, Am I missing something here.
