Thanks to all who offered information.  Ten meters now works.

I have been contacted by TT and there is no such thing as a service manual.
The only manual is the owners manual, and I will have to study it and figure
out the step-by-step alignment procedure myself.

I will be dropping this reflector now, because it seems very active and I am
getting a lot of mail from it.  If anyone has made up a step by step for
aligning this transceiver, please directly contact me via the contact
information below.
