[TenTec] RTTY on the Omni-VI

Hello to all...After wheeling and dealing to upgrade to a Omni-VI up3. I
find my digital operation almost gringing to a hault. I can work packet with
no trouble..but I can not decode any rtty, pactor, amtor, ect.  I have tried
the passband tuning at the 3 oclock position as recomended with no luck. I
understand that the 216 first IF filter is made to pass the rtty tones...but
isn't it in line with the stock filter that doesn't seem to pass the tones
in the first place..??  What am I missing here..??
