[TenTec] Scout RF Gain Control

I just came from the book store and thumbed through the new CQ. There's a
construction article on how to install an RF gain control on the Scout for
those who are interested. It looked a bit tacky since the control was
mounted in a box and attached to the Scout with wires! You'd think there
might be a better way.
