[TenTec] CW Speeds

There are many cw ops using a paddle to send at speeds over 30 wpm. It takes
practice and when the majority of cw ops are at 20 wpm, practice maybe hard
to find at times. One will not be able to send at 40 wpm by not practicing
at 40 wpm.

I blamed not being able to send at speeds over 30 wpm on my paddle. The
paddle had very little to do with it. I was missing the higher speed
practice. I still get on with the same op I have been practicing with for
over 20 years. When we sound like we are using a pair of kitchen spoons
during our "practice" , the comments we give to each other are more
accepting - "HI!"
