[TenTec] Pegasus and a PC question

Good evening;

I currently have a Paragon and the Pegasus looks to be the first radio I
would sell my Paragon for..... I like all I have seen on the refelector.  I
know that TT says that 3.1 will work but I have seen some comments that it
might be too weak. Should I run the PC on win95?  The machine is a 486/66
with 16meg of RAM.

Anybody want a Paragon FM/1.8/.5/25 filters tuned up by Ten Tec over the
summer????
