Well, ARRL code practice bulletins run as high as 35 wpm, IIRC.  They're 
cheap, easy, and change every broadcast.

As far as a keyer for your kit, try a TiCK keyer.  They're about $10, and are 
very tiny--should fit inside that almost empty case!
