[TenTec] rig recommendations

Hey Scott,

You can't go wrong with a Corsair 1.  If you are patient, you should be able 
to find one with power supply in the price range you are suggesting.  If you 
get a really good deal, it may even come loaded with filters!  I have one and 
wouldn't trade it for the world.
