[TenTec] Replacement Knob for Omni D

You know, I have had this problem several times.  The knobs 
commonly crack due to the pressure of the screw
inside the knob.  I have successfully "repaired" a few by
use of toothpicks and plastic cement to compensate for the
pressure and holding the knob together when it is not cracked
too far.
