Blow finals are an obvious but not the most likely possibility.
I had a similar problem years ago with mine. One the diodes in the final
bias circuitry opened. My problem was intermittent - power would
occasionally
drop to 5 watts max.  Took me quite a while to find that intermittently
open 
diode.

Using a 'scope, checking for proper gain and checking the bias voltage
is the way to go.
