About the Delta 580, only suggestion is to try Ten-Tec.
About the Omni-C: There is only one crystal per band. If it receives on 10
MHz, then the crystal is present and something else is preventing its
working. Perhaps the early ones were locked out in some way before that
band opened for amateur use. You might ask Garland Jenkins down at Ten-Tec
Service.
Putting an Omni-C on 18 MHz is a mistake. The spurious emissions are awful
because of the 9 MHz IF frequency, which doubles and is transmitted. It was
for this reason that the Delta 580 and Corsair were made as double
conversion rigs with two IF's. Suggest that if you want to operate 18 MHz,
you do it with your Delta and forego the Omni-C on that band!
