[TenTec] [Q] Temp ctrl Fan available?

I would think that as small as these fans are, they wouldn't disapate as
much heat if connected to the heat sink. Of course maybe these fans are
really amazing. I maybe thinking of the really small socket 7 fans, but
maybe mounting the fan inside the case would have better affect?
