Well I got my Ten Tec 555 Scout back today. Dont know if it works or =
not. I am afraid to power it up.
It seems that after repairing it the person that packed it for =
shipping punched in the SWR /Power Meter.
I am scared if I power it up the meter connections may short against =
something and burn up a part.
I tried to get to it by removing the top and bottom covers and even =
tried to remove the front plastic face but no go.
It seem to require some major dissassimbly just to get to the back =
of the meter.
   =20
So...... I guess I need to spend more money on shipping and sales =
tax and wait another two weeks.....
   =20
Or...... I could just sell it as is to someone for $465 and let them =
send it back to Ten Tec. Any takers???
