The Svetlana 4CX1600B replacement cost is about $385.. It is a rugged
tube, and with 100 watts drive into a dummy load, is supposed to run 3KW
on 160-80 and less on the higher bands. Granted, it would not last long
at those levels.

(I own a Hercules II/9420 ps. w/Omni VI Plus.)
