[TenTec] Summary: no SPOT function on Pegasus

My comments on JA rigs weren't very clear. Yes, the JA radios display
the correct rx frequency with no math needed. It's the older TenTecs
that require the math. What I was trying to say was, when a JA and old
TT rig are in qso, they show different frequencies on their dials or
at least on CW.
