[TenTec] Model 216 (9 MHz IF) FSK FILTER

I use the 9 MHz FSK filter, and I use both it and the standard 500 Hz in
cascade (with PBT set at 3:30 o'clock) in contests very effectively. I
find myself using either the 9 MHz or both on many occasions when other
stations are nearby. The 250 Hz 6.3 MHz IF in cascade also works, but is
very tight.
