[TenTec] Deaf Omni V question

My Paragon does this too. My guess is the T/R relay or the band relay.
I haven't had the time or inclination to dig into it yet. Putting out
some power through the relays does fix it, so my guess it oxide buildup
on the relay contacts. Are these relays sealed?
