[TenTec] Herc II drive power

I checked my Omni VI+ last night for Vince thinking the same thing - that the metering was inaccurate, but found that full output measured 100w on both the VI+ and the Model 238 (compared to my Autec WM-1).  When the drive was dropped to indicate 20W on the Omni, it was 22W on the Autek and 24W on the Model 238 tuner.  This held true on both 40m and 10m into a dummy load.  FWIW...

I did not check the output of the Omni VI with the Bird, but
my omni  shows about 20 watts for full output on 80M. On
10M, it takes a little less than 25 watts.

I have an anomile witth my Hercules II, I get full output
(500watts) with
only about 20 watts of drive showint on my Omni VI+ meter.
Meter readings
on the Herc look OK. Any ideas?
