[TenTec] Help with power supply

Hello to the group. I am working on a model 280 power supply and 
have found a bad diode on the regulator board but can't determine 
the part number for it. I have no schematic for this supply so can't 
reference it. The diode is D4 if anyone can take a look at their 
schematic and let me know what the diode is..
