[TenTec] Omni V.9 Documentation

Carl has put together some documentation on the Omni V.9.  I've
assembled it into a single package.

Since there seems to be quite a lot of interest in the conversion I
was wondering if someone has some room on a Web page to post the
documentation.

The file is currently a Word document and 83k in size.
