[TenTec] delta display

Hi, got a "new to me" TT Delta 580 rig.  turned it on, let it sit for
couple of hours on 40 mtrs.    When came in room, display was about 1.2
Mhz below band, last 3 digits fluctuating.  Turning dial did not not
change display reading.  Anyone seen this kind of thing before I call
TT?
