[TenTec] RX-320 and Pegasus software

The new version of the RX-320 software, version 1.28, is now
available for download from the www.tentec.com website.
Changes are:  All 34 DSP filters (as on the Pegasus) are now
available on the RX-320.  12 selectable main tuning rates.
Variable AGC.  .RMF import/export facility for memory files.

There is a new beta version of release 1.63 of the Pegasus 
software (1.63x6) now available for download as well.
We have no projected date to share as of yet for the actual
1.63 version and are still shipping new rigs with release
1.62 as the operating system.
