I am sorry if I confused some people with my prediction. I know that the
Jupiter is the new name for the Pegasus FP.  What I should have said is;
after the release of the Jupiter in early September, I believe that TT will
introduce a new DSP Transceiver that will sell in the $3,000 plus range that
utilizes more expensive DSP chips that the Pegasus. In fact I believe that
just as the Pegasus used the RX-320 receiver as the basis for that
transceiver, the new radio will use the RX-340 as the basis for the new
radio. It should be the best transceiver available on the amateur market.
I think it makes sense for TT to do this and I think it is a very exciting
idea.
Maybe they could call this one "Zeus". And no, I do not have any inside
informatin, I am only guessing and maybe hoping.
