[TenTec] Scout Freq Stability

I've found that my Scout will change frequency if I touch the earphone
plug.  Just a slight bump on the plug is enough to shift the rig's
frequency.  This topic was discussed on the list a while back -- as I
recall the fix had something to do with ensuring that the circuit board
did not flex.

I never got around to opening my Scout to check it out -- I just make
sure I'm gentle with the front panel controls.
