[TenTec] Model 301 and Omni VI Plus?

Does the model 301 remote tuning control work with the Omni VI Plus? Ten-Tec
no longer sells it and the Unofficial Ten-Tec pages only mention the Omni V.
Has anyone actually used one with a VI Plus?
