[TenTec] Pegasus-operating horizontal

To wit, I have a 50 amp PSU built and sold by Hewlett-Packard. The fins
are horizontal.
It would appear that vertical fins would be better in as much as warm
air rises as opposed to horizontal fins, which with most Tentec radios
tilted upward for ease of operation and view of the front panel, will
cause the heat to rise into the radio.
