[TenTec] d-104 and omni V

The old D-104's that were made before the CB fad (1950's and early '60's)  were not the amplified type and if my memory serves me
they had crystal elements for use with vacuum tube A. M. speech amplifiers and modulators.  (Amplified mikes became available when CB
operator's thought it made their signal go further and the microphone companies started offering that type as they sold well.)   -
