[TenTec] Omni VI Plus Noise

I have a new Omni VI Plus.  Under some conditions when I touch the dial
signals from down the band pop-up.  I have checked the case ground and it
appears to be ok.  When I touch the case there is no problem it is only when
I touch the dial.  Any ideas as to what it is and who to fix it?
