[TenTec] OMNI Download problem fixed (i think)

Howdy OMNI VI+ owners and friends,

I invited you recently to check out the new Version 1.6 of CAT564, a program
to control your radio from your PC.

This version features a freeware mini screen with plain text Command
Processor. Type in "LSB" and that's what you get. Type in "FL 1.8" and the
1.8 kHz SSB filter kicks in. ETC!

And for program supporters there is a special small screen that occupies
only 2% of an 800x600 pixel 17" monitor with even more commands understood.

When you went to the QSL site many of you had download problems so I have
opened a new site and hopefully.....
