[TenTec] Titan 425 fan noise

Guys,

Is there anything that can be done to quiet down the blower in the
Titan.  It isn't terrible but I feel that centrifugal blowers should
be quieter.  

Its doesn't seem like flow noise rather something more mechanical like
bearings.  

Can anything be lubricated without spraying oil on the finals?
