[TenTec] Scout and RigBlaster Question

Has anyone tried PSK31 using their Scout and a RigBlaster. I did the typical
jumper connections as described in the RigBlaster manual, but thus far, I
can receive but am unable to transmit unless I hold down the PTT on the Mic.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
