[TenTec] Not good!

I agree with Barry, although my PBT control just had to be moved less to
correct it on my 6+.  

My drift was due to a "whoops" though. I reversed the polarity on the power
leads inadvertantly on the 6+ a few years back.  The wife said it smelled
"hot" almost immediately. A "hot electronics" smell persisted for quite
awhile.  Tentec said it shouldn't have damaged anything due to a
diode/relay protection on the power. I found the source of the smell about
6 months ago.  The crystal oven, which is wired directly, had a hole burnt
in it, where you can't normally see it of course. The crystal oven has +
and - connections on it, so it must be polarity sensitive.  I still haven't
got around to replacing it.
