Well, Here we go again! I have come across a used 544/262g with =
Blanker,etc. It came from an estate and needs to go back to Tentec to =
be gone through. Updated, etc. I would use it mostly on CW, but I think =
it would be a good backup rig also. I know there have been inquiries =
recently about what this stuff is worth. I must have deleted the recent =
responses to the questions as what these units are going for. Could =
someone please refresh my memory. It will definitely go back to Tentec =
for a tune up and the seller is willing to take that into consideration =
on the asking price. I had to go to the unofficial Tentec site to see =
what it even looked like I haven't operated one in over 20 years. Also, =
what do I need to look for as far as items that need to be tweaked or =
corrected by the factory?
We used the 540/544's on field day back in the 70's and they worked =
great. I think they are a great addition to any shack...Thanks for your =
